2nd Grade at a New School

I am so excited to be here at Good Shepherd. This will be my 3rd year teaching and my 2nd year in 2nd grade. I'm thrilled to be a part of the community here at Good Shepherd.

A little bit about me:

I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and moved to Rochester, New York when I was 11. After I graduated from an all girls Catholic high school, my family moved back to Indianapolis. I attended college at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from there.

I moved to Denver about a year ago and have loved every minute of it. My husband, Matt and I enjoy hiking and biking through the beautiful mountains of Colorado. We like to take our dog, Lucy out for hikes too. In our spare time we also like to try out new restaurants and cook food together. We consider ourselves "foodies." Matt and I really enjoy traveling as well. We went to Rome with my family this past summer and saw the Pope!

I'm looking forward to a great year in 2nd Grade here at Good Shepherd.
